Our Story
Hifz Nation is an initiative started by Yusuf Ziya Kavakci Institute back in 2009. The idea was support the memorization of Quran in the west by using the networking power of the internet to bring together Muslims around the country who are involved in the process of Quran memorization. Hifznation.com was created so that hifz teachers, hifz students, and parents of hifz students can share their thoughts, tips, resources, and motivation with an online hifz community. People upload audio and video files of recitations to share on social media, post links, articles and comments on the Hifz Nation Facebook page. Also, donations are collected on hifznation.com to support students who are memorizing Quran at an Islamic school run by the YZK Institute called Good Tree Academy in Richardson, Texas.
